    What do you call those web sites where old domain names
    Are re-directed to? You know, they look like internet directories. Is there a name for those type of sites?

    Yea, that's their plan all right. I thought those sites were known by a certain name.

    Well a few years back Verisign "offered" a service called SiteFinder that caused some serious conectivity issues.
    Basically when and unknown/misspelt site was typed in the address bar it would take you to Verisigns own selling site.
    This caused a lot of issues with internet printing and company intranets that it didn't last very long, for shame
