    Can't launch internet explorer
    When I try to launch internet explorer ( I have vista home basic) it just keeps saying customizing settings and runonce over and over. I also want to know why I can't find Microsoft office in my program files?

    Can you post exact message you get when opening windows explorer

    Any changes that either happened or that you perhaps made to your computer around the time that the problem started; particularly any software or hardware that you installed or setup.

Having trouble loading Southwest Airlines. All other pages load fine except Southwest. I have never had a problem and have visited the site frequently on a daily basis. All of a sudden page is extremely slow to load.
