Try typing your favorite animes into Hulu and see if any of them come up. My favorite anime has all its episodes for free on Hulu.

I would highly recommend getting netflix if you don't already have it. You can stream movies and shows online and it has a lot of great animes. Even if they don't deliver to Norway, it's still a great price for unlimited online streaming ($10 USD/month).

EDIT: I want to add that it's hard to find reliable sites for watching TV shows or movies for free. Hulu does it by making sure the owners of the shows are okay with it and they dictate how many episodes are on hulu at a time. There are a lot of dodgy sites that are illegal and full of viruses, but shelling out a small monthly fee for a reliable service is VERY worth it. (e.g. netflix, hulu plus, etc)

Clicker.com is a nice site to check. It will list where episodes of shows are available from MANY different sites. So you can search a show to see if it's on Hulu, Netflix, Crackle (a good place for Anime), iTunes, Amazon, etc. Plus the site can manage a queue from all of these several different sites. Pretty handy.

Also check the site of the owners/broadcasters. For example, Dragon Ball Z Kai is available on Nick Toons website.
