Ok, now that I know it's a virus, I found through searching that the type of virus it is is a Trojan: WIN32:Agent-GPS [Trj].

Does anyone know how to get rid of this virus, because my Avast stops it and I move it to "The Chest" but it keeps popping up over and over again, and it's very annoying. Anybody got any answers Please?

Try doing a scan in Safe Mode.

Often you can't remove it because the offending service is running. Booting into Safe Mode prevents all but essential Windows services to run so you may have the opportunity to delete the files.

Thanks so much for your willingness to help, but after I reboot in Safe Mode, how do I actually delete the virus?

    Hi, Puterhelp!

The following application might also work for you. It's also free.
