    Pet Internet Peeves
    1) Companies that do not allow you to use spaces in your credit cards. Don't they realize this is a method to track bad entries. What? Computers can't do this?

    2) Web pages that use the default text box. It always reminds me of a 3' x 5' poster with a 1" square box on it that says "Write complaint here". Yahoo mail is an example. When you read you get size A. When you reply you get a smaller size.

    3) When you contact a company via web email they don't politely ask:

Would you like a copy of your message sent to your inbox.

My guess is that they have no intention of replying, anyway.

    4) When you create an order via the web, you get a confirmation page and all it has is a number on it and then when you go back, you cannot print the order for your records. I actually I Print to PDF

    One for the Gipper -

Financial Internet sites that do not allow you to reset your password unless you call a 1-800 number and ask to have it reset OR the site states that your new password will be mailed within 5 working days.

The problem here - it's after hours, the offices are closed, no 24x5 support and you really need to access your account. So much for automation...
