    Kodak help desk
    The photos that I had stored are no longer on file. When I open the Kodak EasyShare site all is see is grayed out squares with a lightning bolt drawn through them. I'm trying to get all my photos back. I did use a method in the Kodak site that had me reconnect all. It took a couple of hours and did show that it was reconnecting the photos. When it was finally finished, once again I saw nothing but those gray squares.. Can you please help me get my photos back.

    I would suggest contacting Kodak themselves about this as we have nothing to do with them.
