The problem is with the mod_jevents_latest module on a new website. This module works with the Jevents calendar component, and *should* display only upcoming events in specified categories. Instead it is displaying upcoming events in *all* categories. In other words, mod_jevents_latest is not filtering by categories. I have checked & rechecked the settings, and cannot see the problem. Can you help?

Note, someone else was having a similar problem in this forum (link: http://www.jevents.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=17&t=5238&start=0). No solution provided, however.

Have you tried removing and re-installing and module. Often with Joomla! This is the best fix. I would hazard a guess that it is some linking fault with the module however without being able to examine it fully it's hard to guess.

It could be that the module was developing for a previous 1.5 release if you are running the latest and it's a simple conflict with a newer Joomla! Version.
