While browsing under Internet Properies - Security Tab - Restricted Sites, and click on sites, click into the box that reflects add this web site to the zone. Place an "a" into the field... a list of web sites come up, including porn. Does this list reflect sites that have been viewed and placed in restricted or possibly been placed into restricted through Spybot or some sort of filter software? If viewed, were all viewed at some point? There are no specified Web Sites listed in the Web Site box (next to the remove button). I have not viewed any adult sites.. just curious..

Doing what you said you did only lists what appears to be previously visited sites that match your search criteria, in this case "a", so that you may select one of the sites listed for addition. The list that appears are not sites that have been added to the restricted zone; those sites are listed in the websites box beside the remove button.

1000% agree.
Given that there are sites in your history that are porn sites, do you have others in your household that use the computer? If the answer is yes, you may need to investigate.
Some of these sites might be caused by what I have heard referred to as a "Pornado" where they just keep popping up. You may want to enable your Popup Blocker.

Before freaking out and going with what the last 2 have said. Try to keep this in mind. Some ISP's put sites in there for you when you installed their software as a way of protecting you. That way if you activate it then its already there. So before you run off and start accusing people of something you need to confirm that. If you truly suspect someone is visiting those types of sites then you might want to install a spy program onto your computer and you will see if that's happening or not.
