How can I send a live message to all my website visitors? Html code?
I have a website and I would like to send a live message every now and then to every visitor. Sort of like a popup message. Html code would be the best. Thanks.

Live message as in what type of message?

Is this something that is interactive like a help zone? Or is it you wanting to pass along your thoughts?

You might want to look into RSS feed with you being the originator of the broadcast. That would be for one way communication only.

Thank you for responding. The type of message would be sort of like an announcement. For example, when I post a new video, I'd like to let everyone know there's a new video just posted. I don't know much except for html, that's why I sort of really need help on this. Thank you.

What kind of message though? Are you looking to send out an e-mail to subscribers? These days people usually use a Twitter account and tell people to subscribe to their twitter feed which they just tweet when they've done something. Or if you use YouTube you can have users subscribe to your YouTube channel and they will receive updates as soon as you upload a new video.

No, it's just a regular website. (I'm not sure how else to describe it). I go through a VPS. I use cpanel. Almost the entire website is in html code. That's about as best as I could describe it. Any help is still greatly appreciated.
