How Can I get more Facebook fans/likes on my fane page

By being interesting, unique, or funny... Why do you care? Are you famous? What do you post? Most people put the most boring pictures on their pages (mostly of themselves, or of copies of stuff that's been seen a million times already) that I have to tie myself to my chair to keep from falling asleep.

Follow these guidelines toget more Facebook fans/likes for your page.

1. Create posts with quality that inspire people to share your content.
   
2. Create posts with visually appealing images that relates to your post.
   
3. Promote your page everywhere and include calls to action for people to join your page.
   
4. Do reply to people's questions and comments.
   
5. Give your fans prizes by running a Facebook contests.
   
6. Know your audience and target your content according to them.
   
7. Connect your Facebook page to your other social profiles.

Pay people money if they "like" or "Friend" you. Otherwise what the previous posters have said...except the craigslist one....you don't "want" the attention of certain types....

Better yet, ask yourself why you want the approval/attention of others... In the meantime, either be interesting or funny... or both!

Try to be more active on Facebook, try to find new acquaintances, ask questions to people, so they will respond you back. Update your page regularly so people have a point to get back to your page over and over.
