I have problems attaching files with mail. What should I do. I get error 008 when I use gamil

I also read a post that said it will give you the 008 message if the attachment is too large sometimes. The technical limit on size is 10MB, but files smaller than that may grow when sent through gmail. See: error code 008 - The ABCs of Gmail | Google Groups

Now honestly, why would you post a link to the same page I did, an hour and a half AFTER I did? No disrespect, but I'm wondering why you would link to the same thing on the very next post.

I tried but I am not able to use outlook express though I type login and password its getting reset. It shows some SMTP error what should I do?
