    Deposit mistake
Playing "free" game Slots was running out of coins went to part where uou choose purchase. I chose 5000 coins. When it tooks payment I thought it came from coins total not my bank account. I'm unemployed and would never have made such a request if I realised money was taken for real on a "free" game where there is no possibility of winning this back. How can I get my money back. Thank you. Gail Lennox

Did you use the coins? Did you contact your bank to stop the transaction?

Did you not understand that if you give your bank info is so they can debit your account?

It was free but you gave them bank information and then selected to purchase... but you didn't know you were actually buying? Sounds to me like you bought and then decided to change your mind when you weren't winning.

I have to agree with odinn7. Sounds like you knew it was only free at first, and claim it is a mistake now that you have lost (otherwise why would you have added bank account info). If the coins you paid for are just sitting there totally unused, that may be a little different. You have to read the rules of the game to see if you can turn them in for a refund.

I do not believe they are refunded, you gave them bank account info ( you do not do this on real free games) and the purchase is very obvoius that is is a real puchase.

Sorry I do not know how anyone can make this error but you can try and dispute it with bank, but most likely the money is gone.
