My dell laptop won't download anything any more we had it cleaned and now it won't even download java or anything unless its on a disk it'll always take forever then a message comes up like saying "internet explorer was not able to open this internet site. the request is either unavailable or cannot be found. please try again later." why does it always say that now it never used to?

Cleaned it? As in computer-wise or housecleaning-wise?

Then I would recommend looking at your settings in IE, scanning with an antivirus, or getting another browser. Since you can't really do any downloading, you would have to do it on another computer

Well wats weird is I just downlaoded this Google chrome browser and my computers faster and I can watch movies online but I still can't download anything else iots weird
