Can't download any files
I can't access Internet Explorer at all - receive message "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage". However I can access the internet using Firefox. But I can't download anything in Firefox. I am using "Free Download Manager" to download. In these logs, I receive a message "can't connect to the server" (when I try to download in Firefox).
These problems both started about the same time (so I think they're related). I tried a system restore, re-installed Internet Explorer and Firefox, but this didn't fix the problem(s). I have also turned off my firewall and spyware programs and tried but this didn't help. Can someone please help?? |
