    Cannot access the internet even though have a good dervice
    I was able the access the internet on the Monday. However, the pages crashed and I received error message stating "windows has identified a problem and will close down" Since then I have not been able to gain access. I click onto the Google Chrome but I do not get anything. I can sign in Ok and get to my desktop. I have now reset my laptop to the factory settings, would this clear the problem?

    Try a system restore.

    Thanks. I'm in the process of doing that right now so hopefully this will sort out the problem
