I have accidentally deleted my mails in gmail trash folder. How can I retrieve those emails ? I hope I can get a solution for the terrible mistake I made.

Hello guys, How to get a copy of Sent mails of other gmail account in my gmail account. By Forwarding and POP/IMAP tab I can get incming mails but not outgoing mails.. Can u please suggest how to do it?? :)
