Media player shows no picture in IE/FF
    Helo Guys,

I have a strange problem. I am trying to watch an online TV, Power Türk TV (click on TIKLA&IZLE in the upper right hand corner) and it gives sound but no image. I tried the site in both IE and Firefox but the result is the same. I have the latest versions of both browsers running under Vista home premium. What could be the problem. Thanks in advance.

I tested it on my XP PC and it works fine but the site requires your browser to have java vm installed. This site will test your browsers for java vm and help you install it if you don't have it: Test Java Virtual Machine - 1.4.2_xx, 1.5.0, 6.0, 1.3.0_xx, 1.3.1_xx, 1.4.0_xx, 1.4.1_xx

OK, then you are missing the required video codec which is in the WMP 9 codec package. You can download that here: Download details: Codec Installation Package for Windows Media Player 7.1 or later
Now test it and if it still doesn't work, download the WMP 6.4 package which is sometimes required as well: Codec Installation Packages for IT Professionals (link at the bottom of this page is for v6.4). Let us know.
