If someone can speak chinese, I need your help!
Hello all, I have found this forum to be quite valuable and I am hoping someone can help me out.
I am looking to purchase some goods from a Chinese manufcature and import them to Australia. The product in particular are chair covers and the prices I have been quoted are very cheap.
The problem I have is that I have no way of knowing if this company is real or if they are trying to scam me. I am hoping someone that can speak chinese telephone this company and ask a few questions to try and determine if they are in fact a genuine manufacturer of chair covers and other textiles. I have only been corresponding with them via email so far.
I'm happy to re-imburse you a couple of dollars for the cost of the phone call.
Any help would be appreciated.

I'd agree with Chuck. Particularly if they are located in closer proximity with Hong Kong.
Nevertheless, a few basic terms from my fairly limited repertoire:
Ni Hao (Hello)
Xie Xie Ni (Thank you)
Gui Lo (White Devil -- a very derogatory term, likely meaning the transaction is on very shaky ground) :)
Good luck. Take care.

If you want to purchase textile products, I suggest you go to SUZHOU and CHANGSHU in Jiangsu Province of China, there're a lot of textile factories. I believe you'll find what you want there.
I only deal with truck spare parts, if you need that I can provide you more info.

Dear friend
Hope you are all well
You could refer to some reliable manufacturers located in Guangdong.and in Suzhou, most of the suppliers is for raw materials of textile, same as in shaoxin, zhejiang province.
Regarding the trustworthiness of the suppliers, frankly it's not easy to conclude from just some published information,so my personal advice is that if your first order is not big,why don't try from some auction site with feedbacks, that will make you feel more safe regarding the seller's trustworthiness. And if your order is a little big,you could also use some service to help you verify the supplier from China.
I work in Momda Service, where we help worldwide foreigners to get pratical help arranging from Ordinary Dailylife problem to Business Work commsion, all upon your requests~

It's not ad,but I think maybe this could be helpful to you.
Best wishes
