I recently discovered that the shut off valve for my toilet had begun to leak (I believe this is the result of changing the toilet flush kit). I have corrected the leak but noticed a small amount of water had gotten under the tiles immediately near the toilet. I have dried the area out completely with a dehumidifier but am unclear about my next step.

The amount of water that got under the tiles seems pretty small and the tiles are not loose at all, they do compress very, very slightly when I put my full weight on them.

Should I simply seal the area around the tiles to ensure no further water ever gets in (splashes from the sink, etc)?

Do I need to pull up all the tiles around the toilet and re-do them?

If the tiles or floor seemed really damaged I'd just yank them up, but it just doesn't seem to productive based on how minimum the water damage was. But I don't want to just seal up a bigger problem.

If the damage is very minimal and not affecting anything, why open a can of worms if you don't have to. Seal the tiles and just be aware of the problem. Every so often when you clean the bathroom check on the situation.
One way you can tell if the tiles are loose is to knock on them w/ your knuckles. Even thought they don't look loose they may be.
If by chance you have a lot of loose tiles then I'd recommend doing some repair work.
