I have a hardibacker tub surround that I plan to tile in 6X6 Rialto 3/8" porcelain tile and a hardibacker floor in 12x12 Rialto 3/8" porcelain tile. I believe I am supposed to use modified thinset in both instances, and Laticrete Spectraset has been recommended. Please confirm? For the floor...

Hey, I am ready to tile my new shower. I allresdy installed the pan and the hardie backer. Every thing has cured. I am using 1/2 tile (in 12x12 sheets) on floor and 9x13 on the walls. Should I tile the floor or walls first?:confused: Lee
