How do you get dried paint spots out of carpet?
Just small splater spot about the size of a pencil eraser.

This may not be the best solution, but I've seen my wife do it, and it turned out nice.

We moved into an apartment where the "painters" left drips on the carpet. She took scissors and just barely nipped the top of the carpet, just enough to remove the drip spot. I could even tell when she called me to come look at it.
