    Cracks Under Patio Windows
    I have an enclosed Patio. Windows and I had a person re-do the concrete wall all around. Have been in my home over 25 yrs. Each time I have the Patio redone... for some reason all the window tiles separate from the actual wall...
    It looks like a CRACK directly under all the windows; it separates the edge of the window tile with the adjoining wall substance. How can I fix this ? What is Flex Seal and will that work to fill the cracks and keep them that way.
    Otherwise, maint. Person says can buy some type plastic mesh and adhere and paint over it or concrete over it.
    Please advise.
    Thanks.
    PS. Outside building has cracks in same location and have tried to seal them with masonry substance.
