    Celing fan
I need assistance to understand how to disassembly a celing fan I have at home.
I took off the wings and now I want to know how disassembly the motor from the celing.
My knowladge it is screwed to the celing, the only problem I have is that the cover for the celling is not allowing me to use the screw driver.

Is there any way to take this cover off and allow me to use the screw driver?
I looked out different ways but I do not see an option to do it.

    Thanks
    David S.

Carefully inspect that cover right where it meets the ceiling. Feel with your finger, you will find 3 screw heads. Some need to come all of the way out and others just loosened, then give a slight turn to the cover. A few fans cover up the screw heads with a thin plastic ring made the same color as the cover, no screws? Just pry down.

And don't forget some top plates twist to access the screws.

All the ones I've messed with have the screws up top. 2 of them are slotted and one you have to take all the way out. It will help if you have another person to help hold the fan while your doing this
