    Policy number with HIGA as prefix, who is the carrier?
    Looking for Insurance Company who's auto prefix policy number begins with HIGA?

    Why? If its your policy you should know who issued it. And if someone else gave you the number, ask them who its from.

    This is a worlwide site. It's impossible to find this info, especially without even knowing which country you're in. Not to mention what part of that country you're in.

    Even with that info it would be like finding a needle in a haystack.

    How did you get access to this policy number? Obviously it's not your policy, which means that you really don't have the right to access any info about it. Ask the person that the policy belongs to. If they want you to know who the carrier is, they'll tell you. If they choose not to, that's their right.
