    Please explain more what you are talking about.

    North Carolina has 1000's of insurance companies that operate in the state.

    There are many types of group insurance

    There are many types of insurance, workers comp, dental, eye, medical, major medical, and more, so what type of insurance.

    Next most insurance is always paid in advance, either monthly or quarterly.

    So please explain more what you are wanting to know
