    Probably not in most cases.

Most Conventional Life Insurance policies will require a physical examination to determine what the risk factors are.

You may be able to get some of the high priced policies that do not require medical exam, however they are term life only, and are VERY high rates.

No you cannot do this without their knowledge. This is for their own safety so someone does not take out a policy on them. The person has to sign paperwork in order to be insured. Someone else may pay the premiums on the policy though, that's legal.

Walmart puts policies out for 99%plus of their employees, takes the costs in pennies continuously, quietly, out of their checks and funnels any win/loss to the >>>company as beneficiary<<. They are not a living being or relative. They, not a computer, decieded this fraud scheme. The corp. has its own insurers and insurance and bonding and is not regulated or inspected or overviewed by even our national govt of the USA. They Have and Continue to create these [policies even when the staffer only completes the training period(2wks), the policy remains open with the "company" benefitting upon any real death/accident/etc. Watch your back this is NOT some Orwell Story... not Science fiction, but a twisted Greedy corporation with no filter for Ethics and no Watchdogs left internally or Externally...
