    Invoice date
Is it legal for an invoice dated 6 weeks ago to be received and request payment in 2 weeks time? Are the 2 dates legally linked i.e. should you have an additional 6 weeks to pay?

Invoices are due and payable by the terms of the contract or agreement at the time of service.
