I'm divorced, was not suppose to have health insurance anymore.Everytime I go to the doctor or hospital I'm covered. I'm still on his plan. Could I get in legal trouble if I'm still using his insurance?

He never cancelled you off his insurance, so someone will have to pay when they find out he didn't.

Have they been notified of the divorce ?

Normally unless the court order at dirvoce orders him to cover you, they will not cover you. ( and normally even with court order they will not)

So most likely he and you will have to repay any and all medical bills to the insurance company when they find out

Let me rephrase your question to make it clearer:

"I have been stealing money from my ex-husband's medical insurance carrier, because up to now they're too stupid to realize I'm not actually covered. Could I get in legal trouble?"

    The answer should be obvious.
