    Car accidents no license
    I was in an accident but have no license. I am 6 months pregnant and I want to go to the ER, will their insurance company pay my medical bills?

    Depends on whose fault it was. If you were not at fault at all, then they should pay.

    It will all depend upon the terms of your insurance, state laws very greatly. In general unless you have bought a additional rider to cover you the owner for what is called "medpay" then a standard policy does not cover the driver/owner for medical payments unless you added it.
    A call to your agent, of course with no license and a accident you can expect to be cancelled
