    Pressure washing shopping center
Hi! I have a great opportunity to bid on a job for pressure cleaning a shopping center that measures 238,000 square feet. I would appreciate any pricing formula it might use when bidding. Thanks!

    Parking lot ?

What type of equipment do you have. A small home machine would not be proper for this. Are you using hot water washer, to properly clean, will you be using flat surface cleaning attachments for a more even clean.

Will they require you to use chemicals

How often will this be done.

What area of the country, are there rules and laws about the run off water, (waste water) will you have to use a vac system to dispose of the water.
