    Can a U.S.A. citizen who became a felon acquire a passport to visit Mexico?

    Should be combined - posted several times as new threads and add ons.

    If the felon is on probation, no; if the felon is not on probation, the felon can get a passport. The passport entitles the citizen to travel anywhere - it's the visa that can be the problem.
