Will CSPA apply to me as a derivative child
My mom's siter (US citizen) filed I-130 for her on 7/18/2002. This petition was approved by USCIS on 11/24/2009.

My date of birth is 8/28/1983.
My current status: unmarried, working in US on H1B
My mother's status: Married, living in my home country with my father and sibling.

I am expecting the priority date to become current max by 10/1/2011.

If it does, I have following questions:
    1) Can I obtain green card along with my parents as a derivative child under CSPA?
    2) Can I adjust my status while in US, provided the fact that my mother is in my home country and will have to file immigrant visa there?
    3) If yes, what forms will I have to file to adjust my status in US?
4)How long it normally takes after the date becomes current?

    Thanks.
    Appreciate your help.
