    Wife has permanent green card ,and have been married for 5 years
    My wife and I have been married for 5 years and she just got her mermanant green card 10 year card , and I just found out that she has fraude me from the start, we have only been intiment 3 times in the whole 5 years because she says it hurts, this was within the first 3 weeks that we were married , now I have had her arested for vilence to me and the court case was last week and she had a friend to get on the stand to testify in her behalf and that's when I found out that she didnteven love me at the start of our marriage, so all this time she was using me to further her self , my question is this , can I have immigration to investigate her or pull her permanent green card ?

    They have the discretion to, but not likely.

    You should provide the CIS all the evidence you have regarding the fraud of the marriage and they can investigate. At the very least it will be in her record when she applies for citizenship. She will need to answer then.

    You just realized of this fraud after 5 years? Immigration may look into this matter if your marriage is less than a year but not five years.

    C'mon... divorce her and move on.

    The only advice is to forget about her and move on with your life.There are limited chances to revoke her green card.
