    What happen if I haven't renew my green card?
    I came here legel. My green card expired about 9 or 10 years ago. What should I do now? I am getting marry this sept. He is an American born here in the United States.n I haven't travel since 2002 anywhere outside or inside the United States. I have 3 kids that were born here. I haven't been to jail or haven't done anything bad.

    File the I-90 to get a new permanent resident card. You really should file for citizenship afterwards, unless you have a reason not to.
