    What to do if you were living in the USA for the last 12 years without document
    Hi, my brother lived in the USA for the last 10 years. He came here as a student and the visa expires. He saw an immigration lawyer and the case didn't succed. He received a deportation letter. Since he never been deported. He is married and has 4 kids. What can he do at the present moment? We are trying to do anything we can to keep him in the country. Ourself are here as refugee. We haven't got anybody back home. All the family is now in the States. Can you please help?
