    Ways to be legalized if you are fraud
    Hi my question is... will a illegal immigarnt (who use other name to came here in usa in a green card status) can be hired as his/her real name because he/she passed the nursing state board exam... meaning she/he doesn't use that false name any more... and trying to correct his.her mistaked.

    A illegal alien can not legally work in the US, they can not be hired legally by anyone no matter what education they received.

    Persons who previously were illegal aliens may be able to change their status upon certain conditions, and once theye can enter US with immigrant visa, legitimately they can be employed.

    What's the story? Do you have evidence?
