    Wavier for inadmissblewhile 1 485 pending
    Hi there, my 1 485 and I 130 is pending from last two years, been all those interviews and home inspection, I have I 131 and also EAD, latley I went to ins office baltimore and asked about the case they told me they have my file and it will take couple of more months to make a decision,, I got a have to go to overseas in next month,, though I have this I 131 but I was unlawfull in US for one year, they can deny me a entry back in and bar me for ten years... if I want to apply that waiver can I apply overseas or I have to apply here,, is it necessary to have a inadmissable status first and then I should apply,, or what I need to do in this circumstances so I could go overseas and then later come here,, so my wife could nt have too much hardships,

    When you overstayed your visa, and want to become permanent resident, it's always recommended to have an attorney handle your case.

    Don't leave the country or it will trigger the bar... much easier to do it while you're here. Consult experienced immigration attorney asap.
