visa process
I am ravi ,I am srilankan citizen but holding Canadian permanent resident .I married in France 1 year ago and my wife also srilankan citizen holding 10 years card in France ,and I sponsor her to canada ,during visa process I came to visit her last July 2010(I had a 3 month schengen visa).and because of her's family issue I have to stay in France more that 3 month(after expired schengen visa ).and before the schengen visa expire I went to France police(prefecture) and inform them I going to stay with her even after visa expire and they allow me to stay and gave me a green colour form and with the appointment date(but not the visa) ,that appointment will be in December.but now my wife received canadia visa already, so we going to go back to Canada bafore the appointment date ,but I really don't know what will happen at the airport .because I over stayed 2 months,will they stop me or what action will they take for this at the airport .please kindly asking you to consider my letter and reply me as soon as possible .
