    UK law
My submission to your kind notice is that my husband possesses UK nationality and British passport . He has already left for the UK last week and since its reccession time , he is unable to work at a reasonable scale nor is he getting any odd job at the moment . He stays at my brother`s place and I intend to join him there and start working so that we can get the nationality for our children. Now I seek your advice on this matter. How can I go to UK without my husband being on job as yet. If my brother sponsors me and my children and we share the room at his place, what would be the requirement then. What would be the requirements for spouse visa in this scenario. What is the spouse law at the moment what is the fees these days. Please suggest me the best possible thing to do.
