UK Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR)
    Dear Sir,

I am an Indian work permit holder working as staff Nurse in the NHS Hospitals, Salford, Manchester, for the last four and a half years. I may become eligible to Permanent Residence/ILR in UK by June, 2008. May I request you to kindly clarify whether my following family members also can apply for PR/ILR along with me:

My husband and both my daughters had joined me in UK during May, 2005 and returned to India. Their dependent visa is valid up to December, 2009. Now all of them wish to apply for ILR application along with me. Kindly note that my elder daughter has turned 18 years now and pursuing her higher studies in India.

Please also clarify whether my elder daughter alone can apply for PR/ILR along with me in June, 2008, while my husband and younger daughter are away in India.

    Hoping to hear from you.

    Regards,

Why don't you just wait until you get citizenship 1yr after you get ILR. Then your children can also apply to be citizens. Your husband can apply for ILR once you become a citizen too.
