Is she deportable
If a female has entered the U. S. and over stayed and married and had 2 children,
Is she deportable and what happens to the kids? It must be noted that she
Doesn't work, if that makes any difference.

If she married to US citizen and become a permanent resident, no she can't be deported.

What has she done to make you want her out of the country?
Also as said above you haven't really given much to go on, you have not mentionned her legal status in the US.
