REally need help...
Hello Everybody,
My situation is really messed up. My wife has been staying next to me (in Turkey) 10 months now. But because she has 2 kids at USA she needs to be back. We would do direct filing from US Embassy in Turkey but unfortunately we could not find a co-sponsor( she has not worked in this 10 months so she can't sponsor me). Now she needs to go back to USA but my question is that, how much process is going to take when she does at USA? Will she have to work first year to fill this year's taxes to sponsor me? If she has to work 1 year to fill tax forms , then it is probably going to take 2 years or more for me to see her in person again( because while she is working she cannot come to Turkey and I have read that I cannot go to USA with tourist visa due to cancellation of immigrant one). What should we do? We really need to solve this, as you all will guess it is really being hard when your wife or husband is not next to you. Being separated is really hard. Please help me with my situation
