Re-open a Green card application after not responding to RFE
    Hello,

Can one re-open a case after not responding to a RFE? I received an RFE asking for further information on my qualifications (under EB1/EB2 NIW) in March 2012. At that time, I did not respond to the RFE since many such applications were getting rejected and even after responding to similar RFEs people's cases were not moving forward or approved. Now, I am wondering if I can re-open and respond to the RFE and move the case forward. Does anyone know?

You have waited too long... it's better to start a new filing.
