Overstaying in the philippines
HI!I have a question my husband is an american and he stayed here for almost 2 yrs now.. he came here last oct. of 2009.The last time he got his immigration stamp was Dec.and until now he wasn't able to pay the immigration, we are married for a year now and we have 4month old baby girl.. we want to pay the immigration but I don't know how much it would cost I'm scared he might be deported or be black listed we have a daughter.. can anyone ***.give us an idea or advise?
