    Just an example cases
I just want to ask what you think of this case, and what are the good things to do, for example this is the cases,

American has fiancée from philippines, and he loves his fiancée and that's why he petition his fiancée to come in the US and get married in the US, Fiancée did not know that the American has wife, and few months later that the Fiancée already in the US, she found out that he has a wife but is just in a paper, they are not live in together ever since they got married, the American said, I marry her to keep her of not deported, she is only a friend of mine, she came in the US no paper works, like the Fiancée, the American was petition the Fiancée for a Fiancée visa, then now the Fiancée and the American already married, they are about 1 year now, and she is now his wife in his house, and now the wife realize that she cannot handle this problem, the wife want her American husband to devorced that woman that he only want to help her before, wife want to devorced that woman and stop helping her, and the husband said, nope... If u want to go back in Philippines I can help u, no woman for me anymore,

What the wife supposed to do? Is there any possibility that the husband supposed to choose who he want, and the Wife already knew the husband love her, because she is the one he introduced to everybody is his wife, the woman that he only help is not live in the house of the husband, they only met if hearing in the court, because until now the paper works of that woman not yet approve by the immigration, the wife has a green card already than that woman that she only need help from the husband,

Now... for example Immigration knows this case, who they going to deport? The woman not yet finish her paper works in the US, or the wife already has a green card and live happily w/ the husband? The husband said he really want to finish the process of between him and that woman so that the husband and his wife are continue to move on,

Who's immigration prefer, the wife has petition an a fiancée visa to come here, or the woman that just came here w/ no any paper works like the wife has?

Wat could be happen of this case? The husband can be free of not put him in the prison? Or the woman that she only need to be legally stayed in the US to be deported, and what would be happen for the wife that the husband he married bcoz of love, and not used him like that woman she only need help of keeping her of not deported?

USC husband is still married to first wife unless they have a divorce. The second marriage is not valid until the first marriage is terminated.

He needs to divorce the first wife. If he doesn't, he cannot petition for the second wife. USCIS requires the divorce decree to approve the second marriage.

Has he filed for second wife yet? If he has it will be denied. The problem is that a K-1 can only AOS with the USC petitioner that filed for her. Consult with an experienced immigration attorney.
