    How to get a mortgage with a f-1 visa
    Hello,
    Someone told me that a person with a student visa is able to get a mortgage to buy a house, is this true and if so, how do you apply for one and is there a lot of restrictions on it. Thank You.

    Non-resident can buy a house, but in most cases that I know of, all purchases were made in cash. Ask the lender...
