    How I can get conditional green card after divorce with answers
    I have my conditional green card and after my marrige after few month my wife need divorced.. now I want to know how can I get mt green card . Becoz she need divorced and what is my fault I left everything for her my home , my parants, my job and when I came here she said I don't want any relationship.. Now tell me there are any chances to get green card or will I get any kind of waiver, what should I do kinldy do the needful

    I am condititonal green holder . I have married to my wife one year. Now she wanted to divorce me . And she told me she is going write a litter to to say the merried was in good faith. And withdrew her pitition. .

    You may be qualified to obtain green card on your own if you can proof the marriage is bona fide. It's not easy but doable... consult experienced immigration attorney.

    At this time, she can no longer withdraw her petition, as the I-130 has already been approved. You need to file the I-751 R/C as soon as you are divorced. Good luck.
