If you have a status pending adjustment status parole during ten years, also work authorization, never even been illegal in USA , but case is steel pending do u have to wait green cart or u are eligible to apply for citizenship? Already 10 year?

You say you are pending AOS, so if you have not yet been granted permanent residence, then you have not yet begun to accrue the 3 or 5 years required as an LPR to qualify for natz.

    LPR is permanent residence.

Your posts are not quite clear. You say your case is pending, that means it has not yet been granted. You mention parole, which is the travel authorization granted before you are granted LPR status; and the work authorization, which is the employment document issued before you are granted LPR.

Simple question, do you have a green card or a stamp in your passport annotated "temporary evidence of I-551 processing" with a date on it?

You need to be a permanent resident, not an applicant, for 3 or 5 years to be eligible to apply for citizenship. 10 years is a long time, check with your attorney to see if the AILA liaison can assist. Good luck.
