    H4 (Spouse) - Filing ITIN
I am in H1B in CA and I had already filled and received dues from IRS for 2011 tax returns. I filled that in Jan, 2012. I got married in April, 2012 and my wife is in H4.

    Question:

What is the step I need to follow to get her ITIN so that it will be easier for me in 2012 tax return filing time?

Right now, I have her passport (notorized), W7 filed.
Do I need W2 and tax return documents (turbotax electronic) of 2011 to be sent along with former two?

You would apply for the ITIN together with your return for 2012 that you will file in 2013. You could apply for an ITIN before if you your wife needs the ITIN for her bank, for example. See the instructions for form W7: http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/iw7.pdf
