    H1B spouse trouble
I was approved for H1B back in Feb'09. I received my I-797 and every thing. I want to marry a girl in Pakistan without havign to go to pakistan. Its an arranged marriage. Can I marry her over the phone/Video and get her to join me here. One of the document you have to show at the interview is Cermonial Picture etc. Can it be done like this.

I am not married yet. I want to marry and bring my wife here.

I cannot risk leaving the states to get a stamp from Pakistan (Due to time constraints etc.). The risk is too high due to job economy. I can't wait for another 4-6 years to get a Green card then travel and get marry in Pakistan.

What can I do to solve this??

Immigration does not recognize marriage over the phone or webcam. You must either go there to get married or your girl friend enters US on tourist visa.

Getting B-1/B-2 visa is impossible for Pakistan, if you are more concerned about your job, then marriage should wait.
